In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. The shipping charge should be borne by the buyer.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase or to your bank account. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. The refund process may take 10 to 15 days.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For boards/assembled products:
1. If you think you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please email us at [email protected] mentioning your order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send the product back.
2. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the product’s return. It will remain the customer’s responsibility to return the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a return.
